Arrival window
We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, weather, etc. If we’re running late, we’ll shoot you a call.
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes by 5 p.m. the day before your service to avoid incurring a $70 cancellation fee.
If you are not happy with your service, let us know right away (same day if possible) and we will be back to make it right.
A hold will be placed on your card one day before your service, but you will not be charged until service is completed. You will receive an email invoice instantly. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just pre-authorization.
